ESC offers you training for CREO / NC products for the modules of manufacturing such as milling, turning, wire EDM or sheet metal working.
Workshops and content:
CREO/NC Basis for the programmer
- User interface, handling
- Modeling with profile and rotation feature
- Reference planes, points, axes,coordinate systems
- View manager, layers
- Components in assemblies
Duration: 2 days
Previous knowledge is not required.
Goal: Understand the basic workings of Creo Parametric
CREO/NC Milling with 3 axes / multi-sided machining
- Introduction to NC machining
- Editing geometries
- Machining options, milling strategies
- Analysis tools / measuring
- Parameters from A to Z
Duration: 3 days
Basic knowledge of Creo is required to participate
Goal: Creation of milling operations up to 3 axes simultaneous and multi-sided machining
CREO/NC Turning
- Creation of machining geometries, turning profiles and envelopes
- Machining strategies (area, profile and plunge turning, thread turning)
- Drill
- Parameters from A – Z
Duration: 2 days
Basic knowledge of Creo is required to participate
Goal: Creation of turning operations
CREO/NC Advanced Training
- Extended surface processing
- Multi-side machining
- Subroutine technology / pattern generation
- Create solid toolsDefinition of own CL menus
- Create and apply editing UDF
- NC annotation feature from part to production
- Parameters from A – Z
Duration: 2 days
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme sind Grundkenntnisse im Fräsen oder Drehen
Ziel: Anwenden von erweiterten Programmier-Techniken

Goal: Apply advanced programming techniques
CREO/NC 5Axis-Simultan
with 4 or 5-axis simultaneous machining with

Basic knowledge of milling is a required
Goal: Creation of 4-5 axis simultaneous movements
